Facilitation & Forums
My training in [Worldwork] has largely been with Jean Claude and Arlene Audergon of CFOR, my teachers and mentors and more recently also with Gary Reiss and Healing Histories. Watching them train small and large groups, they have ignited my passion and interest as a facilitator of Worldwork.
My forays into forum facilitation began as Worldwork Warsaw 2014 was coming to an end. For many who attended, coming to Warsaw was an immediate confrontation with their own history and after 7 days of emotional intensity, I left with a new understanding of the complexity of history, of the many roles, the feelings, the powers and the collective dreams that play out in the arena of our lives. I also left with a determination to do my bit to foster the skills needed to facilitate forums in this way. I gained an acute sense of urgency to become, all of us, guardians of the future.
Forums I run range from 3 hours to a short series of meetings. I have run groups for upto 3 hours with a diverse range of organisations such as charities, schools, religious institutions and local authorities.
A colleague and I set up a group which has been running monthly since June 2014. To find out more about forums, and make it easier to join us in the London Open Forum, see the booklet [coming soon, to attach here].
